This is a perfect raw mango sauce or chutney ,cooks on low flame ,used not only in summers but also in winters.by addition of vinegar it can be stored and will be used afer months.in winters specailly when all of us are suffering from sore throat,flue and coughs. And we are avoiding not eat rice with pickles 😙😪🤧.this sauce or chutney is providing good combo with any type of rice and veggies let have a look

Peel and cut in medium slices of raw 🥭

Take a large pan.add raw mangoes in it.cook on medium to slow heat.dont add water in it.it will be soft in their own water.

Check in b/w When slices are going to be soft add spices except vinegar.cook until desire consistency.add vinegar in it.after 5 mins turn the flame off.

You can store it for a year in fridge.
