Ingredients

30 mins
10 peaces
  1. 25 gchocolate
  2. 25 gcashew nut, almond or walnut
  3. 80 goatmeal (put it in blender make oats flour)
  4. 30 galmond butter or peanut butter
  5. 20 gHoney
  6. 2 gsalt
  7. Dates past (mix together these ingredients in the blender)
  8. 100 gdates use almost 6 peaces (take out seed and cut it small pieces)
  9. 5 golive oil
  10. 15 gSoy milk

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    Make dates past at first (mix in the blender)

  2. 2

    Cut the chocolate and nut to small pieces (if you use chocolate chip, no need this process)

  3. 3

    Make Oatmeal to oats flour and mix ingredients together

  4. 4

    Make 10 balls or put it to the baking pan. Put it in the refrigerator for 2hours
