Bhapa doi (baked yogurt)

First let the milk boil, add milk powder and sugar and boil the milk. Boil until the milk is 1/2 now let it cool.

Now take the yoghurt in a bowl and beat it well. Add milk powder and mix.

Now add water to the idli cooker and heat it. Put a perforated dish on it.

Pour the prepared batter into a steel bowl. Garnish with cashew nut slices on top. And cover the bowl with silver foil or polythene and let it boil for fifteen to twenty minutes.

Once boiled, cool to room temperature and set in the freezer for two hours. Ready Bhapa Doi..

Now take it in a serving plate and garnish with rose syrup. Rose syrup is optional
