Toast sourdough bread

Spread pesto on both sourdough breads

Cut up tomato’s into small pieces and add to sourdough

Cut mozzarella into small pieces and add to sourdough

Crack salt and pepper on sourdough

And finally add a generous amount of balsamic vinegar to your bruschetta
