Steps

Add pure ghee and let it melt than add onions,mutton and ginger garlic paste

Add all powder spices and take a muslin cloth add all whole spices(black pepper, cardamom etc) make a knot and add it..

Add 1 glass of water and cover it.
Put heavy thing on its lid so it cook nicely.. let it cook on medium flame for 1 hr - 4
After 1 hr remove the lid and bhuno
When ghee separated and mutton is tender than add water as per desired consistency n let it cook till water boils than add flour water in it gradually n cook it on medium flame for 30 minutes till its done..
