Ingredients

40 minutes
  1. 2 cupsoat flour (about 200 grams)
  2. 1 tablespoonunsweetened milk (15 ml)
  3. 2 teaspoonshoney (add more if you like it sweeter)
  4. 1large egg
  5. 3ripe bananas

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel 2 bananas, slice them, and add to a blender with the oat flour and honey.

  2. 2

    Blend until smooth, then add the unsweetened milk and egg. Blend again until well combined.

  3. 3

    Pour the mixture into a baking pan.

  4. 4

    Slice the remaining banana and arrange the slices on top of the batter.

  5. 5

    Bake in an air fryer at 320°F (160°C) for 26 minutes.

  6. 6

    Remove from the air fryer and enjoy!
