Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 small bowl cooked rice
  • 1 bow curd
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 green chili
  • 1 lemon
  • as required curry leaves
  • as required Coriander leaves

    Mash the boil rice

  2. 2

    Add some curd

  3. 3

    Mix 1 litre water in curd and beat well

  4. 4

    Add salt and cummin powder

  5. 5

    Add mashed rice in it

  6. 6

    Add Chopped green chili, lemon wedge, Coriander leaves, cury leaves In it

  7. 7

    Keep for half day to ferment and served chilled
