Ingredients

5 persons
  1. 1/2kilo tenderloin beef
  2. 2 cupswater
  3. 1+ 1 cup lemon juice, separate
  4. 1 cupsoy sauce
  5. Salt and pepper to taste
  6. 5 clovesgarlic
  7. 1big onion : half diced and half sliced
  8. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Slice meat thinly.

  2. 2

    Combine soy sauce, 1 cup lemon juiced, pepper. Marinate the meat for 1 hour, but preferably overnight.

    Stir fry meat with little oil until golden brown. Set aside. Save marinate mixture for later.

    Sautè garlic and onion until onion become soft add meat and marinate mixture. Add water and remaining lemon juice.. salt and pepper adjust according to desired taste.

    Let simmer until meat is soft.

    Serve with sliced onion and fried garlic on top. Enjoy.
