Banana Nutella Pistachio Popsicles
Another simple yet mouth watering popsicle recipe to keep me sane in this 39 C weather. Told ya my pistachio obsession is real.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Peel the bananas and divide into small chunks. Place the banana chunks in the food processor along with the cinnamon and vanilla. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth.
- 2
To easily add Nutella to the popsicle mold, it is best to place Nutella in a small ziplock bag. Using scissors, cut a very small corner off of the bag. Now you are ready to assemble the pops.
- 3
Start with a layer of banana in each mold. Then squeeze the Nutella on top of the banana layer. Keep alternating until the molds are 90% full. Insert wooden sticks. Then freeze for at least 5 hours.
- 4
To serve, place the crushed pistachios on a plate and then gently roll the popsicle in the pistachio until desired amount is on the pop!

Rainbow Popsicles Rainbow Popsicles
I wanted to use the fruits I had left over from baking a fruit-filled cake to make something I could enjoy in the summertime. It's a super easy recipe that anyone can follow. The amounts listed here show what I used when I made my popsicles, but the amount of syrup you'll need will depend on how sweet your fruits are. Adjust the amount of syrup as you go, while testing out the taste. If you think the liquid mixture might be just a bit too sweet, it'll probably end up tasting just right once it's completely frozen. Mmm mmm good! 😍😍Keep in mind these are strong in taste, especially if you use spiced rhum and are not for children!! Your cataloup must be VERY sweet or you'll have to add sugar (unless you prefer it tangy like I do! 😜). Makes about 8 to 10 pops depending of your mold size. mfno -
