Avocado toast is a type of open sandwich which is quickly made using avocados and a few fresh ingredients. It tastes delicious and refreshing. It can be served as a side dish with a bowl of hot soup or even it can be served as a light meal with some salad.

Avocado toast is a type of open sandwich which is quickly made using avocados and a few fresh ingredients. It tastes delicious and refreshing. It can be served as a side dish with a bowl of hot soup or even it can be served as a light meal with some salad.

Toast bread slices on a pan on medium heat until crisp on both sides. You do not have to apply oil or butter.

Mix avocado, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl.

1) - take a slice of toasted bread and apply avocado mixture. Now put tomato slices and basil leaves on top. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and olive oil.
2) - take a slice of toasted bread. Apply avocado mixture on top and arrange some cucumber slices over it. Sprinkle some feta cheese, parsley, salt, pepper and olive oil on top.
3) - take a slice of toasted bread and apply cheese spread over it. Add mixture of onion, tomato, coriander, chilli, salt, pepper, lemon. Top it with avocado slices. - 4
Serve avocado toast as a side dish with the bowl of hot soup. It can be even served as a light meal with some fresh salad.
