Take oil in pan, add mince, salt,ginger garlic,and mix it

Add chilli flakes, haldi,zeera,dhaniya,

Add yoghurt and cook until dry

Add tomatoes and cover it

Cook until tomatoes are mix

Add dry methi,chillies,and ginger Julienne cut in it

Serve with roti or boil rice
