At first beat white portion of egg,1tsp vanilla essence in a big bowl

Add oil, sugar, yellow part of eggs and beat again

In another bowl mix maida, baking powder, salt and sieve it

Now mix the dry ingredients with liquid ingredients

Add 1 tsp vanilla essence again to remove the smell of eggs

Now put the batter into cupcakes mold
- 7
Preheat oven at 180 degree and bake the cakes for 15minutes
- 8
Decorate the cupcakes and enjoy with your friends and family.
