Gulab Jamun is my favorite sweet dish. It gives me lots of happiness while preparing also and when my loved one smiles while seeing Gulab Jamun and cherishing them when they eat.

Making sugar syrup
In a pan add two cup water and two cup sugar and Ellachi.
Mix and cook on medium high flame for 7-8 minutes. - 2
We don't want string consistency but sugar syrup should be thick and sticky.
Add lemon juice to avoid crystallization.
Sugar syrup is ready. - 3
Now making of Gulab Jamun
In a mixing bowl add 1/2 cup Maida, 1 cup Milk powder and3/4 spoon baking powder. - 4
Sieve it.
Add slowly milk and knead the dough.
The dough should be soft. - 5
Now take a small part of dough make small round ball with your palms. Make smooth and crack free balls.

Make all the ball likewise

Heat oil in a pan on low heat flame and fry the gulab jamun till becomes golden brown.

Now add them in the sugar syrup.

Now the hot Gulab Jamun aur ready to serve enjoy.
