Wash your fish with white vinegar,keep a side.Add Maggi,lime,ginger,cumin,black pepper,oil,rub on the fish and allow it to marrinate for 15min.then heat oil on a fan,and fry it.

Heat oil on a pan,add pepper, onion,seasoning and spice,stir fry well,until done,add your fry fish,stir and make sure,the sauce combine with the fish.serve and chill
