  1. Sausage(Any type usually I use 1 and a half medium sized per 1)
  2. Oil (Any type,I only had soybean oil it works)
  3. Eggs (At least 1 per person)Optional
  4. Cabbage (Not necessarily)
  5. Carrot (I used half for 1 person.)
  6. Red onions (I used half for 1 person,use how many you like.)
  7. Bell pepper (I nor all use green for this recipe)
  8. Tomatoes (Very optional)I don't usually use them)
  9. Pan or Skillet

    Chop your sausage(s) into medium sized pieces and put in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Then chop your cabbage(s),green bell pepper (s)and red onion(s). Shred or chop your carrot(s) and separate the vegetables or you can mix together if you want to.

  3. 3

    Break and whisk egg(s) If you decide to use them,I highly recommend adding egg(s).

  4. 4

    Pour about two teaspoons of oil in the pan or skillet or just the amount that fits how much your ingredients are,then add egg(s) or if you don't have or use egg(s) then skip this step.When eggs are near frying mix as if to scramble.

  5. 5

    Proceed to add chopped red onion(s) and stir with or without egg (s). Then after onions have fried little,add bell pepper(s) and stir. Add sausages and stir.

  6. 6

    Finally add carrots,cabbages and can add tomato(es).Stir and add a teaspoon of chilli powder and sprinkle a teaspoon of salt. Then stir everything together and let it fry for 2 to 3 minutes before stirring again.

  7. 7

    Finally dish and you can top off with sliced tomatoes or serve with rice,bread or even eat it raw. I never leave it overnight and always eat it fresh but it might spoil even in the fridge. Enjoy eating this delicious meal.
