Ingredients

20 mins
2 persons
  • 2 cupsleftover or precooked rice
  • 2 cupmixed vegetables finely chopped:
  • As neededCabbage, capsicum, carrot,beans, Broccoli or cauliflower,onion
  • as neededOil for cooking
  • 2 tbspginger garlic finely chopped
  • 2 tbspmixed sauces:red chilli sauce,tomato ketchup, Soya sauce
  • 1 tbspschewan sauce
  • as requiredSome spring onions greens for garnishing

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Take a wok or flat pan...put oil...add Ginger garlic finely chopped

  2. 2

    Once cooked add all 2cups veggies..

  3. 3

    Saute them but don't overcook as they will lose their crunch

  4. 4

    Once they are dried...add all sauces...and rice and

  5. 5

    Toss it nicely till everything gets mix

  6. 6

    Cover it and keep it on low flame for 5 mins

  7. 7

    Serve hot by garnishing it with spring onions greens
