Angel hair pasta
Paste
1 tbspchopped garlic
1 cloveshallot
1 tbspchopped ginger
1 tbspchopped lemongrass
Canned chili tuna
80 mlCoconut milk
Garnish
Limes
Chopped Laksa leave

Boil pasta to al dante, or pre al dante. Pasta will be overcook later

Mix all the paste together. Use mortar and pester if any. Fry them.

Add one whole can of spicy tuna with chili and a little of the oil

Add pasta inside. Mix

Add coconut milk. Mix. Turn off heat.

Add laksa leave and lime to garnish.
