Ingredients

  • 200 gmsboneless chicken
  • As per tasteSalt
  • 1 tablespoonchopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoonsoya sauce
  • 2 tablespoonscornflour
  • 4 tablespoonsall-purpose flour
  • as requiredWater
  • As required Oil for frying
  • ForGravy
  • 1 tablespoonoil
  • 1 tablespoongarlic chopped
  • 1/2 cupchopped carrots
  • 1/4 tablespoonspring onions
  • 1green chilli
  • 1 tablespoonsoya sauce
  • 1 tablespoonschezwan chutney
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1 tablespooncorn flour
  • 1/4 cupwater for slurry
  • 1 cupwater for gravy

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix together boneless chicken, flour, cornflour, soya sauce, garlic, salt, and water and fry in hot oil.

    For the gravy, in a pan heat oil. Add garlic, spring onions, green chili, carrots, salt, and saute well.
    Add sauce and then water.
    Add slurry by mixing cornflour and water together.
    Let the gravy boil and thicken a little.
    Add the fried chicken pieces and simmer for 2 minutes.

    Serve with schezwan fried rice.
