  11. 2bay leaves (tez patta)
  12. 4-5black pepper
  13. Halftsp dhania powder
  14. Halftsp zeera
  15. 1small piece dal cheeni
  16. 1bari elaichi
  17. Food color (zarde ka rang)

    Oil garam kar k pyaz fry krlen light golden ho jaye to garam masala(laung, kali mirch, dal cheeni, tez patta, zeera, bari Elaichi) dal dein

    Then us m tamatar, alu, adrak lehsan paste and baqi spices (salt, chilli flakes,dhania powder) add kar dein or half glass pani dal k alu galny tak paka lein

    Chawal dho k 20 min k liye bhigo dein

    Jab alu gal jayen to green chilli dal k masala bhoon lein or 2 cup pani dal k boil any tak pkaen then chawal add kar dein

    Jab pani bilkul thora sa reh jaye to us m thora sa zarde ka rang dalen or chawal dam py dakh dein 15-20 min k liye or phr garma garam serve karen
