Pudina Sherbet / Mint Sherbet (No sugar)

#cookpadindia #mint #pudina #sherbet Pudina sherbet ...one of my old memories of Delhi , the first Delhi visit when I was in class K.G, we had tagged along with dad on his temporary posting to Delhi,...it was summer in Delhi during our visit , just across our hotel was a nicely decorated pudina sherbet shop with wet red cloth wrapped around the matka ( earthen pot) and a long handle steel ladle to stir and take out the sherbet from the pot and all around it was decorated with more fresh green pudina or mint leaves and limes, the first time I tasted it, I went crazy - a sweet tooth person loving the unsweetened, salted pudina sherbet was quite astonishing for my mother, after that it was like a pilgrimage visiting the shop I had to have it everyday, I used to run across the road and get a big steel mug full of sherbet for all three of us- mom, elder sister and me while my dad went to office in the weekdays....I had become such a huge fan of it I was ready to skip Delhi Darshan and Agra Darshan also , Pudina sherbet was more important to me than the TAJ MAHAL
So yesterday while plucking and cleaning the pudina leaves, suddenly the old memories of Pudina sherbet of Delhi striked me ....so hurriedly I prepared to quench my thirst and refresh the old memory as a kid
