Authentic Indian Mithai ..Badam-Pista Puri made from blanched almonds, pistachio and icing sugar dough and roasted on griddle.
Steps

To blanch almonds.. wash and soak almonds in warm water for atleast 4 hours. Peel of soaked almonds after 4 hours. Dry blanched almonds on kitchen towel for 1 hour.

Now grind blanched almonds pistachio nuts, icing sugar, cardamom powder and saffron strands in mixer jar finely. Transfer it in mixing bowl.

Sprinkle little little milk and mix it to make smooth dough. Divide into 2 equal size balls.

Roll on butter paper kept on wooden rolling board into 5"- 6" round thick rotla. Cut with cookies cutter as shown.

Press almond have in center of each puri.

Roast on baking paper placed on warm griddle for 4-5 minutes. Flip gently and roast for 3-4 mins. Cool and store in airtight container.

Serve/ relish delicious Indian sweets/mithai Badam Pista Puri.
