Steps

Wash baby Corn properly and cut it into desired shape. Add white pepper powder and salt. Mix it well.

Add corn starch and toss it well. Keep it for some time. Deep fry it. Keep it aside.

Take garlic, ginger and green chillies. Cut it finely. Take a pan. Add oil. Once oil is hot, add freshly cut ginger, garlic and green chillies. Add finely chopped onion too. Saute well.

Once it's raw taste is gone, add soya sauce and ketchup.

When we kept baby Corn for seasoning, add 1/2 cup water in it. Mix it well. Add this water in the pan. Mix it well. Add fried baby Corn.

Toss it well. Add some finely chopped celery. Serve hot as a starter.

Tip - you can use spring onion as well.
Use fresh chopped garlic, ginger and green chillies. Try not to use readymade.
I didn't add any salt in preparation except for seasoning but you can if you like salty.
