Steps

Fry your onions, curry leaves & green peppers in oil for 3 mins on medium heat (3/6)

Add curry powder & let it fry for 2 minutes until it releases the aroma of the spices

Add you beef mince & let it fry. Make sure to separate it as it hardens it becomes big balls of meat, add your IMANA garlic & herbs stock

When visibly brown, add your carrots & cabbage to your beef mince, mix it well. Be sure to close the pot so the steam can soften the cabbage & it doesn’t burn at the bottom.

After 5 mins, open the pot a little as water will have most probably started to formed by the cabbage, so the steam escapes & the water decreases.

Add aromat if you need more seasoning. Let it cook until cabbage & carrots are soft on medium to low heat.
