  • 3.5-7 ozChinese morning glory
  • 1 tablespoonsoy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoonfermented soybean paste
  • 1/2 tablespoonoyster sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoonseasoning sauce with green cap
  • 1/2 tablespoonsugar
  • 4-5bird's eye chilies, coarsely pounded

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Add oil and sauté garlic until golden brown.

  2. 2

    Add the morning glory and stir-fry with the oil.

  3. 3

    Add the pre-mixed seasonings and stir-fry with the morning glory.

  4. 4

    Stir-fry 2-3 times, then transfer to a plate.
