Boneless Chicken Handi

Boneless chicken cooked with South Asian spices, in a spicy gravy made with onions, tomato and yogurt, topped with cream.
This is a rich handi which is perfect to add in your dinner party or flavourful enough to add in your weekly meal rotation.
There are alot of Boneless Chicken Handi recipes out there, but this one I must say, counts in everything and every flavour.
Plus point would be if you really use a Handi to make it. It really enhances the flavours alot.
Enjoy it with plain rice 🍚 or Garlic Naan 🫓

Steps
- 1
Finely chop the onions meanwhile heat the handi with oil. Then add the chopped onions in it.
- 2
When the onion ls are soft, add green chillies and cut the tomatoes into halves and add them too.
- 3
Cover and cook till tomatoes are soft enough. Remove the skin with the help of tongs. And prepare the spices.
- 4
Now in a juicer blender add the yogurt and the cooked tomatoes. Blend till nice smooth paste it formed.
- 5
In the remaining oil and onion, add the chicken cubes, ginger garlic paste and all the spices except dry fenugreek.
- 6
Mix well and cook till chicken turns its colour. Add the paste and cook on medium high flame for 10 mins.
- 7
Mix the cream in a little gravy separately then add into the chicken and mix well. This step helps avoid lumps by adding cream direct into hot gravy. When oil shows up, add the dried fenugreek.
- 8
Serve with raita, salad and Naan and enjoy. 😋😋 Don’t forget to sprinkle some lemon on the top 👌👌🤏🏼
