Stir-Fried Bean Sprouts with Fried Firm Tofu (Tofu Recipe Ep 12)

Cut the tofu into pieces. Mix the seasoning sauces with the bean sprouts ahead of time. (To keep the bean sprouts crisp, have all your seasonings ready before you start stir-frying, so you can work quickly.)

Heat a pan over low heat and add oil. Fry the tofu until golden. Pour out most of the oil, leaving just a little in the pan.

Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the ground pork and cook until just done. Increase the heat to high, add the bean sprouts, and a splash of water. Stir-fry quickly, tossing 3-4 times. Turn off the heat and transfer to a plate. Serve immediately.
