Add the oil in the pan at low heat, add the sliced tomato, onions, grated scotchbonnet & fry for 2mins, add all the spices, kuli kuli & sugar, mix all together.

Soak the gurasa in hot water at once & remove immediately, spread the kuli kuli front & back & then dip in the above mixture, reduce the flame and close it for a minute, repeat the same procedure for the other side, serve & enjoy.
