Peel the potatoes and cut slices and small pieces in size. Wash in cold water to remove excess starch. Now boil them. Add salt while boiling the potatoes. When parboiled remove and keep it aside.

Now in a bowl take maida, cornflour, salt, and oil. Mix all the ingredients well. Add the boiled potatoes and coat them well with the dry ingredients.

In another bowl take maida, cornflour, salt, black pepper powder, and oil. Add little water to make a thick batter. Pour the coated potatoes into this batter.

Heat oil in a Kadai, and deep fry the potatoes on medium flame. Then remove it and again flash fry on high flame.

Now in another bowl, add soy sauce, 🍅 ketchup, red chili sauce, cornflour, and water. Mix well.

In a pan heat oil, add ginger garlic and spring onions, and capsicum. Mix well. Cook for a while. Add the mixture of sauces made earlier. Now add the fried potatoes. Mix well but at the same time see that it's not overcooked. Add honey and salt. Mix well.

Remove it in a serving plate and garnish it with spring onions (greens). Serve hot sweet chili potatoes 🥔
