Ingredients

  1. 4Gurasa
  2. 4fresh tomatoes & 1 large onion & 5scotchbonnets
  3. Curry, mixed spices, powdered ginger & garlic
  4. cubeSeasoning
  5. 1& 1/2 cup Powdered groundnut cake(quli quli)
  6. 1/8 cupsugar
  7. Pinchsalt
  8. 1/3 cupvegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Add the oil in the pan at low heat, add the sliced tomato, onions, grated scotchbonnet & fry for 2mins, add all the spices, kuli kuli & sugar, mix all together.

    Soak the gurasa in hot water at once & remove immediately, spread the kuli kuli front & back & then dip in the above mixture, reduce the flame and close it for a minute, repeat the same procedure for the other side, serve & enjoy.
