Ingredients

2 - 3 hours
Serves 5 servings
  • 1 1/4 cupsrice (250 grams)
  • 1 1/2 cupsevaporated milk (360 grams)
  • 1 1/2 cupssweetened condensed milk (375 grams)
  • 4 1/4 cupswhole milk (1 liter)
  • 3-4cinnamon sticks
  • 3/4 cupwater (200 ml)

  1. 1

    Rinse the rice until the water runs clear.

  2. 2

    In a pot, bring the water and cinnamon sticks to a boil.

    Once the water is boiling, add the rice. Adjust the amount of rice depending on whether you want it drier or with more milk remaining.

    Stir for about 10 minutes, or until the rice is partially cooked, then add the milks.

    When it starts boiling again, turn off the heat and let it rest.

    Finally, serve and enjoy.
