Combine shaoxing wine, mirin, soy sauce and honey in a bowl. Set aside.

Marinate chicken with salt and pepper for half an hour. Pan fry chicken for 3-5 minutes until golden brown on both sides.

Add garlic slices and the combined sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes. Lastly add lemon juice.

Garnish with finely chopped spring onion.
