  • 1/3 cupbutter (80 grams)
  • 3 clovesgarlic
  • 1 pinchnutmeg
  • 2 tablespoonsfresh parsley (10 grams)
  • 48escargots (about 4 dozen)

  1. 1

    Make the garlic parsley butter.

    Beurre persillé
  2. 2

    Place about 12 escargots in each of 4 small baking dishes.

  3. 3

    Top with pieces of the garlic parsley butter.

  4. 4

    Bake at 410°F (210°C) for 10 minutes.
