Pour Bisquick mix into baking pan ….

Spread your shredded cheddar cheese all over Bisquick mixture…….

Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 40 - 50 minutes, or until egg casserole is set in the middle when you stick a toothpick in the center of it …….

Let cool for about 10 minutes, cut into squares, top with some salsa and enjoy 😉!!!!!
