1enough for 4 people Bonito
1onion per 4 servings Onion (sliced)
Sauce
1/3 tspGrated garlic
1 tbspGrated ginger
1 tbspSesame oil
1/2 tbspSoy sauce
1/2 tbspOyster sauce
1 pinchSalt
1Toasted sesame seeds (white)

Mix all of the ingredients used for the dressing together.

Cut the bonito, and after arranging on a plate.

Add the dressing and enjoy!
