  • 1onion per 4 servings Onion (sliced)
  • Sauce
  • 1/3 tspGrated garlic
  • 1 tbspGrated ginger
  • 1 tbspSesame oil
  • 1/2 tbspSoy sauce
  • 1/2 tbspOyster sauce
  • 1 pinchSalt
  • 1Toasted sesame seeds (white)

    Mix all of the ingredients used for the dressing together.

    Cut the bonito, and after arranging on a plate.
