Ingredients

  • 300 gclam meat
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves cloves, crushed
  • 2 tbspsroasted chili paste
  • 6 chilies, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Basil leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the wok, pour the olive oil in. Add garlic, roasted chili paste stir fried till aromatic put the clam in stir fry 2-3 mins add add chili and basil. Serve with hot steam rice👍👍👍
