500 gbeef steak
1 tsppaprika
1/2 tspsalt
1 tbsoil
1/2 tspblack pepper powder

Cut beef to four parts, mix salt black pepper and paprika. Then rub on the beef leave to marinate for 5min.

Place iron cast pan on mediums heat, add oil
3

Place the beef chunks on the hot pan searing for 5min on each side
4

Remove from heat and let them rest for 10min then serve
