Wash and Soak rajma overnight. Pressure cook till 7-8 minutes after first whistle. Switch off the flame and let pressure releases automatically.

Wash, peel and chop all vegetables.

Transfer rajma to a serving plate. Add olive oil and mix.

Now mix all the chopped vegetables, salt, black pepper powder and chaat masala. Add lemon juice and mix well.

Serve immediately with meal or as a snack.
