Gather the ingredients

Get a cake pan, covered by banking paper

Put the rice flour, glutinous rice flour, butter and sugar in a mixing bowl

Run the butter into the mixture and mux even

Pour in part of the milk

Hand mix them until moisture and crumple. But not stick together

Flat the red bean paste to a round shape about the same size of cake pan

Sieve the flour mixture to a bowl

Then put the sieved mixture into the cake pan. At about half brush even. Not to Pat them compact. Keep them loose

Lay the red bean paste on the mixture

Continue sieve another half if the flour mixture into the cake pan. When finish, brush the top level an+ flat

Put the cake pan into a steamer to steam at high heat for 25 minutes
