Steps

Blend 350g of Carrots and leave it aside

Pour 250g of All-Purpose Flour in a mixing bowl

Pour 1 & 1/2 Tsp of Baking Powder in the mixing bowl

Pour 1 Tsp of Baking Soda in the mixing bowl

Pour 1/2 Tsp of Salt in the mixing bowl

Mix it all up

Crack 4 Eggs in another mixing bowl and whisk it up

Pour 200g of Sugar in the mixing bowl

Pour 3 Tbsp of Orange Zest in the mixing bowl

Pour 1 Tbsp of Orange Juice in the mixing bowl

Pour in 3/4 Cup of Vegetable Oil in the mixing bowl

Add the All-Purpose Flour mix to the Egg mix and whisk it up

Then pour the blended 350g of Carrots into the All-Purpose Flour and Egg mixture

Pour the final mixture into a greased round baking pan

Bake at 170 Degrees Celcius for 1 & 1/2 Hours
