Correct and prepare all the ingredients
Since my potatoes have just been harvested and very soft, I start by doing a magic I was shown be my dear cuzo.
*Fry them in oil until they are hard from outside but not cooked inside.
(Like 2minutes) this helps in making them firm and not crush while cooking your dish.* - 2
Fry onions until they are translusent.
Add garlic and ginger and fry until they are cooked. - 3
Add pilau masala and cook while stirring to avoid sticking.

Add your boiled meat and stir to incorporate it with the fried ingredients. Until it absorb the mixture

Add the potatoes

Mix well well and add already cleaned rice bit by bit as you stir.
Continue mixing until they are all mixed well.

Add water and salt.
Cooked medium heat.
When there is no any water remaining.
Stir and cover for some time. - 8
Serve hot
