Ingredients

  • 6meatballs, baked or fried
  • 2large tomatoes chopped and steamed
  • 1small white onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbspcrashed garlic
  • 1 tsppaprika powder
  • 1 TbspWorcestershire sauce
  • 1fresh Rosemary twig, stem removed or whole
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps

    Gather ingredients

    Make the sauce by sautéing minced garlic and onions until fragrant. Add tomatoes and cook until tender, mashing through with the back of a fork or potato masher

  3. 3

    As the liquid in your sauce starts to reduce, add water, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and seasoning. Let this cook on medium for 5minutes. Stir the meatballs into the sauce to tenderize
