2King oyster mushrooms
1 tsp★Finely chopped parsley
1/2 tbsp★Grated cheese
1/2 tbsp★ Panko
1★Salt and pepper (to taste)
1 tbspOlive oil

Cut each king oyster mushroom into 3 vertical strips.

Combine all the ★ ingredients in a bowl, and mix well.

Place the king oyster mushrooms onto a heatproof plate, sprinkle with Step 2 mixture, and drizzle with olive oil.

Bake in the toaster oven until golden brown, and it's done.
