Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 4Eggplant
  2. 200 gramsMinced meat
  3. 1to 2 tablespoons Oil
  4. 1 piece◎Grated ginger
  5. 4 tbsp◎ Sake
  6. 4 tbspMirin
  7. 2 tbspSoy sauce
  8. 1/2to 1 tablespoon ◎ Sugar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Chop off the stem from the eggplant and slice to 5 mm diagonals. Heat oil in a frying pan and stir fry the minced meat.

  2. 2

    When the minced meat from Step 1 is cooked, put the eggplants, and let the eggplants absorb the oil whilst stir frying.

  3. 3

    Put all ◎ ingredients into Step 2 in order and stir fry until softened. Serve on a plate and sprinkle white sesame to your liking. It's done.
