We eat a lot of chicken in my house so I'm always trying to come up with new marinades and/or methods of cooking it. I came up with this simply by seeing what needed to be used in the fridge.... herbs and lemons.

All pantry ingredients...perfect for those nights when you forget you were supposed to cook dinner.

I came up with this recipe as I had lots of lemons and wanted to cook it with chicken.It's a perfect combination with herbs, so I made this lemon and herb roast chicken ♪● I put 1/2 lemon but you can still enjoy the refreshing taste by 1/4.● I used the handy dried thyme and rosemary but you get a better flavor with fresh herbs.
