Add, All-purpose Flour - 1 cup, Baking powder - 1 teaspoon, Baking Soda - 1/2 teaspoon, Sugar/sugar powder - 1/2 teaspoon, Salt - 1 teaspoon in a bowl and mix the dry ingredients.

Then add Yoghurt/Curd - 1/4 cup, Vegetable oil - 2 table spoon, now mix all together to form a soft dough. Use water if required.

Rest the dough covered for 10 mins. Post 10 mins you will see that the dough has risen well and will need to knead it again for 2 mins.

Now take small portions of dough as seen in the video. Then take one portion and roll it out like a small chapati but ensure to keep it slightly thick.

Use a fork and make impression on the rolled out mini chapati shapes

Now we will take a pan and heat it, once hot we will place out chapatis in the pan and ensure its well-cooked on both sides for 2-3 mins.

Pizza base is now ready so we will add our toppings over the pizza.

First goes generous amount of pizza sauce on the base and then add Grated mozzarella cheese, Small pieces of Capcium, onion and tomatoes, Add some corn and chopped olive slices, Now top it up with grated mozzarella cheese again, Then we add Mixed herbs/oregano: 1 teaspoon, Red Chili flakes: 1 teaspoon.

We now place these into a hot pan and cook it for 6-7 mins with the lid covered and low medium flame.

Post 6 mins you can see that your mini pan pizza is ready to eat and the kids will definitely like it.
