  • 1/2chicken kienyeji
  • Salt
  • Cooking oil
  • 2large tomatoes
  • 1onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cut the chicken and boil

  2. 2

    Put onions in a pan and fry them then add the chicken

  3. 3

    Add the tomatoes and simmer for 10 mins

  4. 4

    Add salt and a little water and cook till dry

  5. 5

    Serve and enjoy
