In a pan, place sugar and water just swirl the pan, do not stir. Use medium heat until umber color. Pour in a round mold. Set aside.

Flan; in mixtures bowl add 4 whole eggs, condensed milk, milk, vanilla mix it well together. Set aside.

Sponge cake, in mixture bowl, add 4 egg yolks, sugar cream together until light and fluffy. Add milk, olive oil and vanilla mix well. Then sift cake flour, baking powder and salt mix until smooth. Set aside. Then whip the white eggs with lemon juice. When it foamy gradually 1/3 cup sugar. Beat until stiff peaks. Fold-in a dollop of egg white into the base mixture. Then add the base mixture into the whipped egg white, gentle fold until the batter is smooth.

Pour the flan mixture into the mold through the sieve, then the sponge cake batter. Place the mold in the hot water bath. Bake in preheated oven at 180 C. approx 60 mins. Let it cool completely before take out of the mold.
