Ingredients

25 minutes
15 canelés
  • 1/4 cupall-purpose flour (30 g)
  • 3 tablespoonsshredded Swiss cheese (20 g)
  • 1 tablespoongrated Parmesan cheese (10 g)
  • 1egg
  • 1 3/4 ounceschorizo (50 g)
  • 1/2 cupmilk (125 g)
  • 1 tablespoonbutter (15 g)
  • 1 pinchbaking soda

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut the chorizo into small pieces.

  2. 2

    Melt the butter.

  3. 3

    Mix all the ingredients together.

  4. 4

    Pour the mixture into your canelé molds.

  5. 5

    Bake for 25 minutes at 350°F (180°C).

  6. 6

    Serve warm.
