Ingredients

  • 4Ginger slices cut into strips
  • Halfkg bokchoy
  • 1 tspcooking oil
  • 5garlic cloves
  • Salt

    Blanch bokchoy then set aside.

  2. 2

    Heat wok then add oil and stir fry garlic and ginger until aromatic.

  3. 3

    Then add bokchoy toss it with salt.Cook until half done and crispy.
