First boil the potatoes,peell and mashed with hands.

Chop the onion into small pieces

Now take mashed potatoes and chopped onion and spread red chili powder and salt and make a stuffing.

Now take up owl and take wheat flour,salt and make a dough with water

Now take ball size 2 and rolled it.

Fill the stuffing in the centre and make a potli and again rolled it.

Heat the cover and cook the Parantha with butter and ghee.

Now crispy and tasty Parantha is ready to serve.
